We notived that sometimes you need to download historical data... to make sure that you have all historical data follow these steps:,,,

You need to make sure to have data. If necessary download from "Tools" -> Historical data... I was missing one entire week of data.... THis is fundamental!!!!

Performance

If you need to download data it will take longer to load than if you already have data locally. Meaning if you pull a new instrument with no data at all then it will take longer to start GPT. as you need to wait for the download of data , depending on the instrument (quantity of data) and also your internet connection...
